Fraud isn't a technical failure of the bank — it's social engineering. This page exists so you can spot the pattern before it reaches you.
Common patterns
Four types
of digital fraud.
Phishing via SMS / WhatsApp
Messages with suspicious links asking to 'confirm data' or 'update account'. We don't reach out to your sign-up outside the app.
Fake sites and apps
BlueLock copies on look-alike domains (bluelock.com.br, bluelock-app.com, etc.). The only official domain is mybluelock.com.
Social engineering
'Employees' from BACEN, Receita Federal, or BlueLock demanding urgent transfer. No public body does this by phone.
Account takeover
Requests to share SMS codes, ID photos, or passwords via chat/email. We never ask via external channels.

BlueLock support sees only partial identification data. Your password is yours. Always. If anyone asks, it's a scam.

We don't charge for release, KYC, or 'card unlocking'. If anyone charges, it's a scam.
Five habits
How to stay safe
day to day.
No anti-fraud app is foolproof. But there are habits that reduce the attack surface by 95%.

Check the sender before clicking any link. Official email always comes from @bluelockco.org, never from variants.

Don't share passwords, SMS codes, or Pix with third parties — not even with 'BlueLock employees'.

Use mandatory 2FA in the app. Block SIM-swap with your carrier.

Check app history daily. Any unrecognized operation can be reversed within 24h if reported.

Be skeptical of urgency. Scams work on fear. Banks don't demand urgent action — they call you and schedule a chat.

Stop the communication
Don't reply, don't click, don't call back the received number.

Block the account in the app
Menu Security → Block account. Immediate block, no balance loss.

Report to us
Send screenshot + description to support@bluelockco.org. Reply within 2 business hours.
04
Report to authorities
Electronic police report in your state + BACEN complaint if there's financial impact.
